Warranty, Returns & Refunds

This product comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended usage conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

We also offer a 7-day return or refund policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and all accessories intact. Certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used due to hygiene reasons.

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable, in accordance with our policy.
